Professional scope
FootCare One provides foot health care within the professional scope and competence of a Foot Health Practitioner. Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care or treatment from a GP, podiatrist or other regulated healthcare professional where that is required.
Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until FootCare One has agreed a suitable date and time with you. Please provide accurate information that may be relevant to your care or safe access for a home visit.
Consent and treatment
Before care is provided, FootCare One will explain the proposed treatment and seek your consent. You may ask questions or decline any aspect of treatment at any time.
Referral and urgent concerns
Where a concern is identified that falls outside professional scope, medical review or referral may be recommended. FootCare One is not an emergency medical service. If an urgent or rapidly deteriorating medical problem is suspected, seek appropriate urgent medical assistance.
Payment and cancellation
Payment arrangements and treatment costs are discussed when an appointment is arranged. The Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
