Speak to FootCare One first
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience, please raise the matter as soon as possible. You can call 07491 161 177 or email info@footcareone.co.uk.
What to include
Please explain what happened, when it happened and what outcome you would consider helpful. If you are raising a concern on behalf of someone else, please explain your relationship to them and any consent or authority you have to act.
How your concern will be handled
FootCare One will acknowledge your concern, review the information available and aim to provide a clear response. Where more time is needed, you will be kept informed.
Care and safety concerns
If a concern suggests an urgent health or safety issue, appropriate medical or safeguarding action may be recommended. FootCare One is not an emergency medical service; urgent or rapidly deteriorating medical concerns should be directed to the appropriate urgent medical service.
Independent advice
If you remain dissatisfied after receiving a response, you may wish to seek independent advice about your options. FootCare One will cooperate appropriately with any relevant review or process.
